What is paragliding?

Paragliding is foot-launched free flight - the simplest, quietest way to fly. You run off a hillside with a soft wing above you, use thermals and ridge lift to stay airborne, and land gently anywhere you choose. No engine, no runway, no cockpit - just you and the sky.

Easy to start

Anyone reasonably fit can learn. Most students fly solo within their first week.

Pack and fly

A wing fits in a backpack and inflates in minutes. Hike up, fly down - or chase a thermal for hours.

Grows with you

From short ridge runs to multi-hour cross-country flights and acro - the sport scales as your skills do.
